Tom Latham registers highest individual score while carrying bat

He batted through the 1167 balls that Pakistan's first innings lasted in the Lucknow Test in 1952-53. At a length of 945 deliveries, Latham's innings ranks fifth in this list and is the second-longest such innings by a New Zealand batsman. Glenn Turner carried his bat through an innings that lasted 1127 balls, against West Indies in 1971-72.
