India's third succesful last-ball finish

3 - Number of times India have successfully finished a chase off the final delivery in T20Is. Before this victory in Chennai, they had done it against Australia at the SCG in 2016 and versus Bangladesh in the Nidahas Trophy final earlier this year.

130 - The partnership between Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant, which was India's highest for any wicket when chasing in T20Is. They went past the 123-run stand between KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma against England. Overall, it was India's second-highest stand for the third wicket or lower.

1 - Number of chases bigger that India's against West Indies in T20Is. South Africa had chased down 206 in the inaugural game of World T20 2007.

3 - Number of clean sweeps by India in a T20I series of three or more games. They had won 3-0 against Australia in 2016, and against Sri Lanka last year before this 3-0 sweep against West Indies. Only Pakistan have more clean sweeps, having done it five times; three of those are this year.

54 - Runs accumulated by India in the four overs between 10 and 14. Those overs brought down the required rate from 10.60 to 8.66. However, the 19th over from Keemo Paul went for just three runs and was responsible for bringing the game to the final delivery.

92 - Dhawan's score in this game - his highest in T20Is. He beat his previous best score of 90 that came against Sri Lanka earlier this year. With two dismissals in the 90s, Dhawan has joined Alex Hales and Chris Gayle as only three players to get out twice in the 90s in T20Is.

6 - Oshane Thomas' economy in the first two matches of this series. He had figures of 2 for 21 and 0 for 27 in the two games. But he was hit for 43 runs, at an economy of 10.75, in his four overs in the third game. Incidentally, Dhawan faced 20 of his 24 balls on the night and he got 32 runs off them. Before this game, in the four meetings on this tour, Dhawan had 21 runs off 23 balls and was out thrice to Thomas.

2 - Pant became the second-youngest Indian player to score half-century in T20Is, at the age of 21 years and 38 days. Rohit Sharma was 20 years and 143 days old when he scored his maiden T20I fifty against South Africa in Durban in the 2007 World T20.
