Russell back as West Indies look to draw level
West Indies opt to bat vs Pakistan
West Indies decided to bat first in the third T20I, a must win game for the hosts to keep the series alive.
The toss was delayed by rain, but eventually took place 30 minutes later than scheduled.
Kieron Pollard said he wanted to have first crack on the pitch. Opener Evin Lewis was ruled out for West Indies after he walked off from what seemed like exhaustion in the previous match on Saturday, with allrounder Andre Russell back in the XI in his place.
In Lewis' absence, Chris Gayle was all set to open the innings alongside Andre Fletcher after taking up the new No. 3 position since earlier this year.
Pakistan, on the other hand, brought in Haris Rauf for the rested Shaheen Shah Afridi.
